For all orders please allow for up to 8 business days from the time your order is received and payment has cleared, for your order to be packed & delivered. To ensure speedy delivery and accuracy, please check your shipping address before you submit your order. Orders for products that are in stock will generally be processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received / cleared.


For undelivered items please allow a minimum of eight business days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit, please contact us at info@thedancersroom.co.nz  and we will investigate further with the courier company on your behalf.


Exchanges Policy for all Products

For sanitary reasons undergarments are not returnable.  Please choose colour and size carefully.  If you have any queries about colours or sizing before purchase, please contact us at info@thedancersoom.co.nz   Please note that exchanges  incur a standard $10.00 fee to cover re-delivery.


We believe in the quality of our merchandise.


Please return the unworn and unaltered item in the original condition and with all tags attached (if any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted) within 7 days of its arrival. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be exchanged. When we receive the item, we will exchange the item if they are available.


Please note, if the goods are returned in a less than new condition, including smelling of cigarette smoke/cooking odours and not within the other terms mentioned above, we have the right to refuse the item and send it back to you at your expense exchange.


All delivery/packaging & handling fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for lost items.


Exchanges will be processed  and you will be notified via your email address within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.


We will also email you within 5 working days to notify you if the selected exchange items are not in stock in the size / colour selected.  


 Please return the invoice that is included with your shipment.
